New Store Fixture / Remodel /Merchandising

 

VSC Management Group offers total retail store support for clients looking for single source responsibility. We can also assist those who would prefer to work with their personnel on merchandising separately by turning over a pre-set-up store.  We have worked with many of the top retailers in the United States and International and stand ready to pull together a team with the unique qualifications for your project. We work with each client on their needs and tailor a program to fit their budget and their process.

 

Interior Signage Installation

VSC Management Group offers installation of interior signage as a support to sign fabricators, contractors and retailers. We are able to combine the construction, fixture process, merchandising and décor install in a single project schedule to save time and money for retailers and developers. If needed, we are also able to build a program for separate installs. Whatever the case, we will work with each client on their project schedule and budget.

 

Construction Management

 

VSC Management Group can provide a single source for total Project Management services. Whether your project calls for a Developer, Project Manager, Construction Manager, turnkey contractor or general contractor, we have the human and physical resources to meet every need. Whatever the role, our expertise includes the following services:

 

- Review preliminary and final construction drawings with architect/engineer and provide value engineering/cost savings suggestions.

- Review local codes and requirements related to proposed building.  Identify local requirements and include in scope of sub-trade bidding.

- Prepare a construction budget based on architectural drawings to be utilized as a basis for sub-trade buy-outs and purchasing.

- Prepare a bidding format for all sub-trades that is specific in scope and provides assurance of accurate sub-trade bids.

- Solicit all sub-trade pricing and prepare a cost comparison to be reviewed by owners and construction management team.

- Make cost savings suggestions relating to lowest bid vs. scheduling.

- Interface with all sub-trades, suppliers and architect/engineer, freeing owner from day-to-day supervision.

- Acting as owner's agent, negotiate best price and service with all sub-trades and suppliers, utilizing an open book review of all values and scheduling.

- Execute all sub-contracts and provide submittals for review and approval.

- Commit all jobsite project management resources, including general superintendent, assistant superintendent and project clerk.

- Maintain accurate schedule and critical path analysis to meet opening requirements.

- Review project standards and assure owners of compliance with same.

- Maintain on-site quality control, testing and inspection.

- Provide a completed project closeout, including engineering reports, as-built drawings, warranties and final lien waivers.
